Welcome to the Lady Shooters Soccer League!
On this page you will find information on the upcoming session(s), your registration forms, and gamesheets. All players must fill out the player registration form. If you are a team captain/representative, in addition to your player form, you must fill out the team registration form below to register your team. Please email ladyshooterssoccer@gmail.com if you are interested in entering a team before you fill out the team registration form.

2026 FALL/WINTER REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
Start date: Monday October 5th and Wednesday October 7th
Game Times: 9:00pm and 10:00pm
Duration: 15 Games + Semi-Final/Finals
Cost per Team: $3425.00 plus insurance fee $25.00 per player (valid for session 1 and 2)
Location: TRIO Sportsplex @ 601 Cityview Blvd, Woodbridge, ON L4H 0T1
Full Teams/Partial Teams and Individuals are welcome

In order to secure a team spot please fill out the Indoor Team Registration form below and send a deposit of $1000.00 (which will be put towards the remaining team amount).

Player Registration

Team Registration
If you are a team captain, please fill out this form in addition to your player registration form. One team member must submit this form to register a team. Please make sure to review the terms and conditions before accepting and submitting the form.

GAMESHEETs
All teams are required to submit a legible typed or handwritten game sheet prior to the start of each and every game. Failure to do so will result in the abandonment of the game. All players from the roster must be listed on the team game sheet with their first, last name and their coinciding jersey number.
