Indoor Player Registration
Welcome to Indoor with Lady Shooters Soccer League!
On this page you will find information on the upcoming session, your registration forms, and gamesheets. All players must fill out the player registration form. If you are a team captain/representative, in addition to your player form, you must fill out the team registration and roster below to register your team. Please email ladyshooterssoccer@gmail.com if you are interested in entering a team before you fill out the team registration form.

Start Date: Mon. October 6 & Wed. October 8
Game Information:
15 games + Playoffs (top 4 teams)
Game times: 9PM and 10PM
Games are played at: Trio Sportsplex, Woodbridge
Upcoming Session - Fall 2025-26
Team information:
Team fee: $3350 inclusive (maximum of 14 players) + $ 25 per person for yearly indoor insurance fee
Deposit (non-refundable) of $1000 will be required to hold your team spot
Teams must supply their own jerseys

If you are a team captain, please fill out this form in addition to your player registration form. One team member must submit this form to register a team. Please make sure to review the terms and conditions before accepting and submitting the form.

GAMESHEETs
All teams are required to submit a legible typed or handwritten game sheet prior to the start of each and every game. Failure to do so will result in the abandonment of the game. All players from the roster must be listed on the team game sheet with their first, last name and their coinciding jersey number.
