Indoor Registration
To register for indoor, please submit all of the forms below to ladyshooterssoccer@gmail.com
Fall/Winter registration is now open!
Start Date: Mon. October 6 & Wed. October 8
Game Information:
15 games + Playoffs (top 4 teams)
Game times: 9PM and 10PM
Games are played at: Trio Sportsplex, Woodbridge
Team information
Team fee: $3350 inclusive (maximum of 14 players) + $ 25 per person for yearly indoor insurance fee
Deposit (non-refundable) of $1000 will be required to hold your team spot
Teams must supply their own jerseys
Full/partial teams and individuals are welcome! Team spots are limited. Please contact us at ladyshooter@gmail.com if you have any interest in putting a team in.
Players
Each individual player is required to fill out and sign a player registration form.
The forms below only need to be submitted by one team member. In addition to forms below, read our rules and submit a signed copy to ladyshooterssoccer@gmail.com.

GAMESHEETs
All teams are required to submit a legible typed or handwritten game sheet prior to the start of each and every game. Failure to do so will result in the abandonment of the game. All players from the roster must be listed on the team game sheet with their first, last name and their coinciding jersey number.
